Bloor - Gladstone Public Library

Originally built in 1913 the Bloor Gladstone Library in Dufferin Grove is part of the largest public library system in North America. It has undergone two major renovations, the last completed in 2009. The three year project involved a collaboration of architects from Rounthwaite, Dick and Hadley architects inc, Shoalts and Zaback, and ERA architects. The recent renovation features as addtition which transitions from classical architecture to a modern glass box.
